If you want to be refunded for your subscription, please read the information below and contact our technical support preferably from the application or by email (contact@mango3d.io)
We do a refund of your subscription for the following reasons:
- Your computer is not compatible with Lychee Slicer application. Thank you to update first your graphic card driver and operating system, it may be a minor issue.
- You subscribed by mistake. We do accept a refund only if you contact us during the first 48h following your subscription.
- We may not accept to refund you if you are not pleased with the software. We offer a 30 days trial of the Pro version which lets you test all the features and functions of Lychee Slicer, offering enough time to test our application.
- For other reasons, please contact our support. We may do a partial refund.
